1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://cinemaquill.com (the “Site”), operated by Giant Screen Era Trading Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

CinemaQuill provides digital products, including English short-drama scripts, storyboard packs, and related downloadable materials (the “Products”).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding contract to purchase Products. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

5. Products and Descriptions

We aim to describe Products accurately. Digital content may be updated for corrections or quality improvements. Product titles, tier names, pricing, and deliverables shown on the product page at checkout form part of your order.

Unless otherwise stated, Products are delivered as downloadable digital files (for example, .txt packs) and are virtual goods—no physical shipping applies.

6. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected Products at the listed price. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion (including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or technical issues).

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site and may change at any time before purchase. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method.

7. Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment, download access is typically provided through your account and/or order confirmation email. Delivery times may vary due to network conditions, email filtering, or account issues.

If you cannot access a purchased download, contact GiantScreenEra@outlook.com with your order number.

8. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the purchased Product for your personal or internal business/production purposes, including adapting the content for scripts, storyboards, and related creative projects.

Unless we provide prior written consent, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly re-upload the original Product files as a competing downloadable product
• Claim ownership of our marketplace branding, trademarks, or Site content
• Use the Site or Products for unlawful purposes

You retain rights in your own adaptations and finished productions created from purchased materials, subject to this license and applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content, branding, design, and Product materials (excluding your own adaptations) remain the property of Giant Screen Era Trading Limited or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with Site security or operations
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Scrape or harvest Site content in bulk without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or payment information

11. Disclaimers

Products are creative development materials provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that any script or storyboard will achieve commercial success, platform approval, funding, or specific production outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giant Screen Era Trading Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability arising from any order or use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or Products, or your violation of these Terms.
